I guess communicating with then the app that your company designed for customers in constantly encourages their customers to utilize, but when I go to chat for help or even when I call the 800 number, I’m always told the same crap that the scheduling department has to do this or that or that department or this department has to do this for that or the location manager has to do this or that I’m just tired of it. Y’all trying to charge me for something when I attempted all day to drop that trailer off to the point, I finally just said the heck with it and dropped it off at this U-Haul location and then decided to go ahead and get me a three months worth of a storage unit, but the turn was so tight trying to get into the drive up unit. It was impossible so I said the heck with that too. I’m done with U-Haul and I’m not paying for anything so stop trying to charge my card. You guys have already been blocked permanently.

I don't understand why I have to pay a full month rate for 2 weeks of use. That doesn't seem very fair or ethical. Other than losing the money I needed, we were grateful to have storage available after running between multiple locations due to reservation changes made without notice to me.

joshua z | Overall ExperienceOne of my locks to my storage unit was replaced without my express permission and no notification was provided. I was not given a key to this new lock on my storage unit either. This issue was resolved but should have never happened without consent or notification.
Joshua M | Overall ExperienceWhen I arrived the manager couldn’t find his keys, took him 5-10 min to find, at first was very nice but I had to bring the truck back due to I had an appointment, he kept calling I told him I would need to keep the truck over night, but the truck will be parked there until I am able to grab it for the purpose I need it for. He said fine bring it back by 10am. At 8 am he is calling me because I have the key but the truck is there! I looked at the reservation and it said return by 2:30pm so I called him back, and stated I may need it for a little longer. He said call U-Haul and hung up!
