There was an issue with my credit card being charged after I moved out. The situation was explained and it will be resolved to my satisfaction once the charge reversal shows on my credit card.
GREGORY W | Overall ExperienceKylie was terrific One issue that I want to mention is that the floor was being mopped when I went in to arrange the rental. I didn’t know that, the mopping was occurring out of my line of vision. A spot where I was walking was still wet enough that I slid and almost fell. It was necessary for me to take my shoes off while there. It seems that the floor still was very wet after mopping. That mop wasn’t picking up enough water!!! Otherwise, everything was lovely.
