How U-Haul Reviews WorkI rented a unit last month and I received an email saying my payment was late so I called and let them know I cancelled the service when I moved out over the phone. Tamya Johnson said there were things left in the storage so she will keep charging me because I didn't clean it out . The day I last used the unit it was empty I left no mess . Aren't the video cameras working.

Jose A | Online Move InDeshawn Mcclinton the Office Manager was wonderful to work with. He was very friendly and helpful as we have units in multiple locations. Please keep Deshawn at the Streamwood facility.

Mayra M | Online Move InMy items got a little wet, but I felt comfortable that nothing would happen to them while being stored. Deshawn was very helpful and polite.
Savannah L | Overall ExperienceOriginal location left Uhaul vechile a mess with no gas in truck but the facility in Elgin was amazing
tigress j | First ImpressionsThe staff was great and very helpful, but the Elgin location has the buildings a little too close together. I couldn't fit a 26 foot truck down the aisle, so I had to carry everything a good distance to get my truck unloaded.
Douglas N | First ImpressionsThe staff was professional, kind, helpful and made the entire experience easy
