One of the absolute best U-Haul locations I’ve worked with, and I use U-Haul for all of my moving and storage needs. I used several competitors a few times, but decided years ago to only use U-Haul. As an example, we rented a 26’ moving truck to move from Tampa to Palm Beach. Truck was perfect. Realized as we were moving our things into storage that we needed more storage space. The staff quickly found us another one, then another one, and then a fourth storage locker. They proactively communicated that the billing for one of the units had billed even though we were no longer in that storage unit. That was our fault because we forgot to inform U-Haul we moved out of it. Not an issue. They politely handled it for us. We were always treated very well by the entire staff. An overall excellent experience each time we were there.
MARK K | Overall ExperienceThe online check-in caused an issue with my payment, but the folks at the storage company went above and beyond to get everything straightened out and make sure that we had everything we needed. Every single person there was friendly, kind, and helpful. And the facility itself is very well maintained, super clean, and the security system modern. I would definitely recommend this facility to a friend.
