The rates are very reasonable and affordable compared to other self storage facilities in the area. The first month rent was very attractive .
DONALD F | First ImpressionsThe manager and assistant manager are very helpful, kind and considerate. The facility itself is a little worn down, in my unit the ceiling was caving in, and there was little to no lighting inside the facility. Another inconvenience was I asked and paid for 10x14 but received 2 5x7 units as the store stated they didn’t have any 10x14’s left. At the time it worked out, I just needed the footage. When it came time to downsize my unit to 5x7, I was told I had to move to another 5x7 unit elsewhere in the facility because the 2 5x7 units I had are sold together since they don’t have enough 10x14’s. That is a business problem not a buyers problem. In the end I moved my items to another facility that was more modern, well lit, inside a building, and less money for more footage. Again, I’d like to shout out the managers, Steve & Charles my move out experience with them was superb. The facility itself needs updating and the procedures could use some work to benefit the customers.

MARIA S | Overall ExperienceHorrible. The must unprofessional people I have ever dealt with in life. They locked me out of my unit saying it was for non payment only to discover I had paid up 6 months. That was month 2. The following month my lock was switched so I had to inventory everything in storage.. 3 RATSS ATE THREW MY SHOES AND CLOTHES. I moved out the 3rd month and still have never been refunded the 3 months I didn’t keep my stuff there.. disgusting place and employees

noel b | Overall ExperienceThere was an issue with the storage unit that was reserved. When I came to move in on February, 12th, it was discovered that someone else was moved in the unit already. Rahmir did the best he could do to rectify the issue, by offering me multiple smaller units to accommodate my needs. A day or two later, I received a call by General Manager Steve, with an attitude telling me that I would still have to pay full amount for all of the units even though I was inconvenienced. I was going to take the issue to corporate but I never got around to doing so. After logging into my U-Haul account, I see that my move in dates listed as Feb 11, 12, 13, & 14th when it was the 12th. When I moved out on April 12th, I was told again by Steve in a nasty nonchalant like tone that I had to pay for the units or I wouldn’t be allowed to move! Then proceeded to tell me if you live in an apartment and the you had to move out by the 12 and you move out on the 12th the landlord would take you to court. Charles and Rahmir remembered the issue when I first moved in and did their best to help me. Steve should check his un-accommodating attitude especially having a position dealing with various customers and issues because I don’t see how he became a general manager anywhere!

My unit was mouse infested when I put in the claim to retrieve damages and losses, it was denied due to staff being dishonest to the adjusters so my claim was denied I lost about $10,000 due to the infestation and the employees were dishonest and not very helpful it would’ve been nice if my properties was compensated for I took a big loss lost a lot of my property and belongings, along with furniture and clothes i’m gonna be honest it was only one fella that was very helpful throughout my experience and he’s the manager
