I got behind on my payments because I was out of work. I made payments to catch it up to only find out my things still was sold at auction AFTER THE MANAGER TOLD ME IT WAS OFF THE AUCTION LIST. I have all my receipts to prove it it's the worst thing ever. I never recommend nor use the facility again. No sense of communication workers couldn't even explain why it wasn't communicated to me that it still was sold. I'm a disabled veteran who as of today lost everything and has to start all over. I had over $5,000 in furniture and thats just new things I purchased a few months prior.
