LISA M | First ImpressionsI had to move storage facilities due to the fact that on several occasions I could not access my unit in the evenings due to homeless people being in the facility. I did not feel safe and on several occasions I had to leave without being able to get stuff out of my unit.
Brenda F | Overall ExperienceThe security of this facilities isn't secure Some one took advantage and stole a lot of my stuff and broke my belongings that are very personal and memorable things and went to my very important documents and personal pictures that I felt I was rob of n person! The price isn’t so important but the belongs that they took and broke are very sentimental for me and my daughter! I hope the company and the security do more to prevent this to happen to other people who pay on time for their space and not stole their important belonging! I want an answer to what happened to my personal stuff!
Corazon H | Overall ExperienceUnfortunately due to my experience I will not be using uhaul again nor will I be referring uhaul to anyone I know . Paying the money I did to have my storage unit robbed in a "secured " facility is beyond unacceptable. I do appreciate how understanding Katie and her staff were with me and this situation, BUT this situation should have never happened and has unfortunately put a very sour taste in my mouth for this company.
