Moved out because they wouldn't honor the one mo th free from renting a truck because I was already a customer. I wanted a bigger unit with the 1 mo th free and to stay on as a customer but because they didn't honor it I left and went elsewhere

SUSAN W | Overall ExperienceWithin 3 days of signing up for a storage unit, I received a notice of delinquent payment. They had the credit card number but didn't charge it and didn't tell me I needed to log in and do it manually myself. As an added bonus, they also mailed out the delinquency notice to the personal references they require you to give. Enjoy those conversations. When asked, management shrugs and says this is all decided in Arizona. Very disappointing.

LISA M | First ImpressionsI had to move storage facilities due to the fact that on several occasions I could not access my unit in the evenings due to homeless people being in the facility. I did not feel safe and on several occasions I had to leave without being able to get stuff out of my unit.
Brenda F | Overall ExperienceThe security of this facilities isn't secure Some one took advantage and stole a lot of my stuff and broke my belongings that are very personal and memorable things and went to my very important documents and personal pictures that I felt I was rob of n person! The price isn’t so important but the belongs that they took and broke are very sentimental for me and my daughter! I hope the company and the security do more to prevent this to happen to other people who pay on time for their space and not stole their important belonging! I want an answer to what happened to my personal stuff!
