This has been a really great experience for me. The only issue i had was with the overhead light. A staff member helped me right away and rectified my light issue right away.. I have had my things in storage for about a year. I would definitely recommend U-Haul storage and trucks to anyone.

Seems like each time I come in or call, I'm told by the staff they can't do it today. Maybe my next payment is won't be able to do.

ELIZABETH H | Overall ExperienceThe drive through design of this warehouse is exceptional for safety and ease to get to the unit when inside .i initially had rented a unit at another site. I knew immediately I would be isolated and unsafe. This one was affordable and met my needs . One issue I do have is that payment online often did.not work. There is no room for the CVC code when entering a card number online and my banks do not process them without and they also clearly donât work when there is no entry for name on the card. So my payment was always rejected. I was then forced to pay a late fee . Please fix this issue for Canadian banking requirements my only card that worked was one that I did not want to use. I would have preferred to use my Virtual Visa so I could use debit .oh and I always had $ in my account. I have never had so much difficulty with any other company .
