JENNIFER S | Overall ExperienceThe staff, Katherine, was very rude and unfriendly. This was also pointed out by another customer. Didnt answer my questions. On the website it shows the access is for 24 hours and there is extended access, intercom available. However, this is not true. I went inside the storage at 11;50 pm with my car and the cane outside to get my truck inside. And the door was locked. No intercom response. Couldn’t access the storage until 5 AM. I stayed there till 5 AM. Then the doors opened and got my car and stuff. I am very disappointed. This was a big inconvenience. If the storage is not accessible for 24 hours, dnt mention so. And keep your staff active, if there’s any, to respond to intercom.

A staff member helped me right away and rectified my light issue right away.. I have had my things in storage for about a year. I would definitely recommend U-Haul storage and trucks to anyone.
