If you show up before 11a.m. The girl working can’t do anything! You have to wait for Emily to arrive. So hours of operation should be 11a.m. Onward not 8:00 a.m.
Bobbi J | First ImpressionsWhile the facility did the job. The cancel process is a bit much. I cleaned the unit, on the 31st. I was only storing a car. I attempted to close my account with multiple calls to the local office. I then spoke with a rep from the 800 number. They left a message with the local office no return call. I continued to call. No answer. I finally got a person, who was new. She explained the situation and her manager would contact. I waited and contacted myself. I was told the account is closed. I then checked my credit card and was charged for a month and a late fee. I called back, was told the manager was out. And I they would call me back. 24 hours later, still waiting. As of now, I wouldn't recommend. It's not my fault the office is unreachable.

They even let me clean out my unit and take my belongings. I was behind over 2 months in payment and I didn't expect to be able to do this but they were polite and more than helpful. Thank you Uhaul of Hayden for being so kind!

Charles S | Online Move InWas not explained that rent is due on first. We rented on the fifth and thought we had until the fifth and got hit with an almost $200 payment for a month we won’t be using. We are not happy at all that there is no pro rated or weekly rate. I will never rent another storage unit from uhaul. In spoke to staff and was told that we had to pay for full month.
