Cuando rente, le comenté al señor que necesitaba ayuda para enganchar y subir el carro al remolque él me dice que dejara una nota pidiendo que esto se realice que no hay problema le vuelvo a mencionar que ocupo ayuda, me dice que tengo el servicio de un storage gratis lo tomo, el cual me lo cobran descontándolo de mi cuenta, luego me dan el lugar para retirar me dirijo al lugar donde voy a retirar y me dicen que ellos no prestan el servicio de ayudarme me niegan la ayuda, me envían a otro lugar a retirar, por los inconvenientes me ofrecen millas gratis descuento y un dia más para poder entregarlo, las cuales no las hacen válidas falta de comunicación o información en el sistema para que puedan saber lo que me ofrecen, muchos problemas para algo tan simple y muchos inconvenientes. Lo lamento pero tuve muchos inconvenientes y ahora necesito solucionar que me devuelvan mi dinero que descontaron del storage

Janet C | Overall ExperienceI rented rooms from UHaul for nearly eight years. I had to be out of town this summer for my mother's funeral and I inadvertently missed a rent payment. I was then charged a $30 late fee. Nearly eight years and ONE late payment and was assessed a $30 late fee. When I returned home, I immediately went to the UHaul facility and paid my rent. I questioned the need for a late fee and the manager agreed and dropped the fee. It seems UHaul could give a little bit of a break for a long time customer and not force me to travel to the facility to discuss the late charge.
