william r | Overall ExperienceI repeatedly got alerts that I hadn’t paid my unit and that I was locked from getting in despite paying ahead of time every payment. The explanation was “that happens sometimes just ignore it”. My keycard kept locking me out even with swiping out everytime. My door alarm would not shut off and ran for at least 5 minutes at one point with no response from staff. When moving out I found mouse droppings on top of multiple boxes of mine.
