Also refused over $300 to pay up one storage area and to let clean out another. After offers to me to do so. Did not approach her to make. She put in writing to me. Then claimed all storage areas one acct. Both times, 2 separate occasions, 2 separate offers to me. I strongly feel given her demeanor and other behaviors including she could not look me in the eyes when spoke to and tears. She is a desperate drug addict, desperate for cash for DRUGS. One storage area contained my laptop and the other a coffee table with a design of South American butterflies under glass top and CA oak. Am very, very, very, disappointed

The staff didn’t answer none of my phone calls and then at 6:50 pm she came down stated that she had to lock the sliding doors we would have to use the other door to move in the rest of my stuff so I had to put my other stuff on somebody porch because it wasn’t going to fit through that door needless to say I’ve never had to do that at U-Haul I also said I’ve been calling no one answered she said oh that’s because we are super busy today smh the level of been professional

Elliot U | Overall ExperienceIn one of my rental spaces, the ceiling was halfway missing. I could see ductwork, and that plus the rodent bait just made me think that I'm going to end up with rats in my furniture. It's probably not an issue, but the other storage space looked nicer and made me feel like I was getting my money's worth. You should have all spaces in good condition before renting them out. Also, the doors are really short and halls are narrow, so it was difficult to get tall furniture in. Otherwise, everything was good and we were satisfied. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful.
