The staff was very friendly and helpful. The unit has a hole in the wall and the facility is outdated and in need of repair. The units are extremely affordable compared to other storage facilities in the area.
Lisa J | Online Move InI rented a space for over two years and had zero issues. The facility was always clean and well maintained. The back loading dock made it very convenient. I hope to never have to put my stuff in storage again but if I did, I would certainly use U-Hail.

The staff was friendly and helpful, hours were convenient, I work nights and they stayed open till 10 p.m.. There are heaters placed all around in the facility so none of my electronic devices froze and broke. Fair pricing. I'd recommend!
