Your links between website and local stores are terrible. Site has improved a bit, but the dust accumulation in the indoor units is just awful. So glad I don’t have to go back there.

Overall though we would recommend this place. The storage prices seemed high, so next time we will compare prices. However, for our move this was a perfect set up.

Gustavo B | Overall ExperienceAlthough the lock on our storage unit we purchased was mistakenly taken of and replaced with a new lock, we weren’t notified of the change and the new lock had no keys and was cut off at no charge, we were made to purchase a new lock, instead of giving us a free replacement lock. Overall a good experience!
ROBERT B | Overall ExperienceBecause there is always room for improvement in any scenario, my only critical feedback item would be to have lights added inside the units. Lighting outside was great, but our unit was very dark and I had to use flashlights in order to locate my things to retrieve from storage; this posed a safety issue a few times when I couldn’t see my way around.
