My only concern is that the facility gate is always open; I had thought an access code was required to gain entry. I would like to see more security measures.

When I called to get the issue resolved a worked with a representative who I believe was named Raymond. Raymond was outstanding. He solved the problem quickly and was exceptionally kind and courageous.

I needed a storage for a year but had to relocate to a different place because it was a matter of time before someone broke the lock. Listen I was born and raised in the hood but this has got to be illegal.

Jennifer R | First ImpressionsThey do not get back to you in a timely manner. When they have information they do not give it to you in a timely manner. They wait until 2 hours before closing to tell you something that they could have told you the day that they knew about it. I did not move my stuff out. They moved it out. Don't know where it is. What happened to it? They probably just threw it all away. I'm a cancer patient along with other medical issues. I'm still waiting from a response from last week. They know that I am by myself. When I asked to get help with moving my items did not hear back from them and I probably won't. I give this particular unit a negative 15. If for any reason my stuff might by chance still be there sure I would love to be able to get my stuff out of there. My stuff doesn't have anything of value other than the sentimental value to myself and my children.
