Madelyn T | First ImpressionsIt is supposed to be climate controlled however if that was the case upholstered furniture would not have mold on it from being in storage. The staff thier were constantly complaining. About one thing or another with our storage unit. The manager there had no customer service skills and whatever you do do not give them a credit card.. they charged me 2 as much as my bill was they also put un authorized charges on your card without any notice. Employees would not take cash and insisted on cards. The place is a rip off
