I am stationed states away for the military and could not get ahold of the manager or staff at this location any time I called. I left voicemails and messages and no one ever got back to me. I had to hire someone to physically go to the facility to take care of business for me and that is quite honestly unacceptable. I’m surprised my items in my unit were actually okay with how mismanaged this facility seems to be. The staff was very rude when I first opened the account too. I would never use this business again in the future. I’m so relieved to close this account finally.
