Melissa V | Overall ExperienceTotally fine if you only want to store or access your locker from 7-7. Although you can access it after hours there is only a door and it has an unmarked step. If you wanted to move anything of a larger size or a heavy weight it would be very difficult or impossible. This wasn’t explained. Also the need to download their app is very frustrating and it doesn’t work well.

From renting trailers and moving trucks and just recently we have secured a 10’ x 10’ climate controlled storage locker. Every time we deal with the staff there, we are always greeted with a smile. The staff are very knowledgable and go out of their way to help you out. I would highly recommend U-Haul moving in storage at 389 Speedvale Ave. West in Guelph Ontario.. Mike
