I slipped and fell a few times and mentioned it to the office, every time I came back in the winter it was the same issue
DARBY K | Overall ExperienceThis was my first time ever booking a storage unit and I let the representative know this too. The only part I did not like about the experience is not being shown how the two floor building works ie elevator for example. But mostly how to open the storage unit. It might seem easy to others but I’ve never opened one ever. It had a teal tag on it that I think said to remove before opening. There’s no one around. Am I supposed to walk back to the front office to ask someone to remove it? I had to pull it off myself which wasn’t easy. Then I had to YouTube how to open the actual storage unit. I wish I was educated better by the store.
