The U-Haul storage facility in Kitchener on Fairway Road was fantastic. I had rented a U-Haul truck from Toronto requiring a one-way trip moving Toronto to Kitchener. I was presently surprised at four weeks free Storage and utilized two storage units for 3 weeks. Very convenient to help me between my property closing and my new property move-in date.The Manager and his staff were professional, and very helpful. I would definitely use U-Haul storage facility in Kitchener again!

cristy f | First ImpressionsI am very disappointed in the service I received on Saturday.I have used your storage bin since last year ,never was late with payment, caused no hassles,but told on Saturday I couldn't get a refund for July that was paid in full in June. I had bin for 3 days cause I moved out of bin on July 4th.and told I wasn't allowed a refund for the month.TOTALLY UNFAIR AND UNJUST .

I slipped and fell a few times and mentioned it to the office, every time I came back in the winter it was the same issue
