Raising prices. And late fees are outrageously high and hard to keep up with. How much did I pay in late fees or how ever the fees and fines. Way too high. Currently I would not only never recommend haul to family and friends I would discourage them. Just being honest. Fortunately customer at the facility was great but district or regional manager was as rude as can be. I hope she reads I wish I could remember her name. Nothing but the worst experience with her. I was given a map highlighted with my new storage unit as well as verbal instructions on how to get to it. My unit was clean and ready to use. The door closed appropriately and I always appreciate the quality of the provided locks.
