You need to have someone who speaks English. That's girl charges me for 86 miles when I used 20.. It's very frustrating if there's no other alternatives really in a certain area but these people suck.

Better communication, keeping up with maintenance honestly I could go on. This pick up location really needs attention and my overall experience was frustrating and worrisome
Brittany WI rented from this location due to it being closer to where I was moving from. When I got there the total I was expected to pay was more than what was told to me on the app. I was then handed the keys and was told I would get a text notificaiton to check in. Once I got it I followed all prompts from the link. I noticed the miles that were showing in the app were 10 less than what was actually on the odometer. The inside was dirty to include a film on the windshield, film on the dashboard display, and liquid in the cup holders and inside door handle. I ended up having to clean those out before I could use them. The person working the counter was more concerned about her phone call than actually helping with the rental. Later that day I needed to rent a car hauler as well and ended up going to another location. The difference of service was night and day. They walked around the unit with me to make sure there was no damage already on it. They also took photographs of it to hold for their recoreds. when I went to drop it back off they did the same thing and were extremely personable. After having that experience and then having to return the main u-haul I ordered and getting the service I did was very upsetting. I was expected to take my own photographs of the unit which could lead to people being dishonest to try and save money. I also believe that is why the odometer read one thing when I got into the unit and the link showed another. I usualy rent from Penske but with such a short notice I wasn't able to get anything. I don't believe I will go back to U-Haul after this because the whole experience was not good.

GEORGE KThis location was AWFUL and should not be an authorized U-Haul pick up location. The man told me they are not allowed to hook up the trailers, that they are just supposed to inspect it once it’s hooked it up. That is a major liability asking someone who has no idea how to hook it up to do it as the trailer could come unhitched. Furthermore what if I was elderly or had a disability and wasn’t able to. He argued with me over and over about it when I told him every location I had ever picked up from had hooked it up for me. I rent trailers at least 2x per year. Even uhauls site says they should hook it up. He eventually hooked it up for me but not without complaining the entire time telling me that the reason they don’t is because if something happened, it would come back on them! WHAT??? Absolutely awful. Not to mention the location is very hot inside and smells horrible.
