Make sure the customer is informed and understands the rental policy especially when it comes to the gas. Even though a fuel credit is given when the rental is less than 1/4 of a tank, the customer needs to understand that they must turn the rental back with at least 1/4 of a tank of gas to receive the maximum credit or to not be charged for gas. First time experience unsatisfactory. It makes the business look like a scam.

ILIYA IThe location was well maintained, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were under tremendous time restraints, and the owner was very accommodating, and the process was very quick so that we were able to meet our deadline. We plan on going back to purchase a vehicle that we saw while we were there. We would definitely use this location again for a Uhaul and we highly recommend them.
