I was charged for 2 full days for a 4 hour rental and extra gas when I only drove 29 total miles. Customer service provided my refund but I was not happy with the rental.

The truck was out of alignment, and the shocks were so bad that I was barely able to walk after dropping it off. My entire back is still feeling the results of this rental. The 2 GMC trucks I previously rented did not have these issues. The seats are not designed for short people. I have yet to rent one of these 26' trucks where I have not had to bring a pillow along so I can see over the dash (I'm 5'4"). The inclusion of the pads and dolly took away from the available loading area. Also, the dolly came loose due to bouncing over potholes on the interstate. I will not be happy if I'm charged for using it (I have 3 of my own) when I didn't.
