The person in the store who received the truck was not very well informed they were adamant that the price per gallon was $12 where the receipt said $7.75. They were adamant in this knowledge and they were a little combative about the price even though I told her that the receipt said otherwise please make sure that the representatives know the prices and the information so as not to add stress to the customer’s experience.
Sergio CWhen it was time to return the truck I saw the lock boxes and I thought to myself, "Oh crap, I really don't want to fight with that app again." But I stepped through the door and a gentleman asked if I was returning a truck. I said, "Yes." He said, "Are you ?" I said, "Yes." He took the keys and said, "You're set. Have a nice day." I was relieved that he was so considerate and helpful.
