Truck was dirty on the inside. Had food in the cab— popcorn left all over.
Jackson TI only wish the app wouldn't reset all the pictures taken at the end of the rental if you accidentally hit the back button. It should be just a little harder to accidentally reset the whole thing and start over from the beginning. The location was great

KEITH KThis gets 'above average' because the checkout and check in processes were smooth (thx Enrique), with professionalism by both people. 1) The gentleman who owns the location checked me in. He was efficient and knew what he was doing. He has a good operation of Uhaul trucks and business processes. 2) The U-Haul truck cargo box was missing pads; if they were to come in the giant bag attached to the cargo truck. The bed was also unswept. I will note I am purchasing the use of a truck, and do not expect it to be brand new clean. 3) The exterior mirrors would gradually move throughout the drive, requiring me to reposition the mirrors. This can be a driving hazard and open uHaul to liability. I recommend putting in a service ticket to fix the mirrors.
