This location was beyond amazing. I called 3 other locations in Auburn, CA that did not have a trailer, and they were very unpleasant and unhelpful. This location was my 4th call and went above and beyond to make the process of getting a trailer quickly, affordable and even offered help showing me step by step what I needed to do to load and unload from my vehicle. I will always come here even though I live about 30 mins away. The owner was incredibly sweet and I could tell she cares about the customers.
