If you have the option to rent at another location you should do it. The open hours are limited and even open sometimes it’s closed. Also I included a buggy in my rental but wasn’t available at the location

SAMIA MWe were charged cleaning fees. Vehicle was returned CLEAN and free of debris \ dirt. Have disputed and still waiting for resolution. I am 100% sure that vehicle was clean when it was returned. Only moved a few boxes and furniture for my elderly parents (three hours and vehicle was returned) (moved from garage to garage + sunny day ==> no rain = no mud \ dirt on shoes). Also, we did not receive invoice. We had to head back to rental office to get copy (electronic). Finally, service rep contacted us by email and asked that we provide pics of vehicle upon return (showing inside of vehicle). Unfortunately we did not take any photos as agent indicated that we only had to drop off keys in box to that effect. Service rep indicated that he had photos of inside of the vehicle showing dirt \ debris. Have asked that he sends and are still waiting. Your escalation process needs to be improved and streamlined. Under these circumstances would be hard pressed to recommend U-Haul to friends and family.
michel jLe prix était vraiment très élevé . J’avais une réservation le 26 a 7:30 j’ai téléphoné pour l’avoir me 25 a 17h. On m’a dit oui tout est beau mais finalement la réservation a été mis pour le 26 à 17h. Finalement j’ai réussi à parler à quelque à Beloeil qui m’a donné le numéro d’une personne pour qui lui a réussi à mettre la réservation à 9h am le 26 juin. Il ne pouvait pas faire mieux puisque tout était fermé ! Tout ça pour dire que nous avons perdu beaucoup de temps, tout ça nous a mit en retard nous sommes parti plus tard alors on a été prit dans le trafique à Québec. En plus du stress que tout ça nous a occasionné.
