Lady who checked the truck out to me was professional and knowledgeable and efficient. I am in the construction field and have a large family so I rented a lot of u haul trucks on a regular basis but was working in Springfield Oregon and used the Glenwood store and the young guys were rude and nasty to everyone not just me. They keep hiring the same cut of arrogance. I don't use uhaul when I'm in Springfield but took a chance in Salem and glad I did. This is how this business should be run.
Debra MEasy pick up and easy return. Employees were knowledgeable and efficient. Teamwork made the dream work. Clean property and lots of tenants in and out. No problem. I'm going to rent a unit here and tell others.

SHAWNA MOnly thing is they charged us for the appliance dolly when that's what we ordered but gave us a floor dolly instead that was useless practically.
