Extra fuel amount charged, I had drive 14 KM and they charged me $27, what the hell, how could you charge $2 per km for fuel. It’s totally not acceptable, will not recommend to take service from this location (2838 Garden St, Abbotsford).

How U-Haul Reviews WorkIt's a little confusing how one actually gets the truck at the start with no live human interaction.
Richard BLack of transparency when it came to pricing and zero communication with pick up instructions. Very unclear, unorganized, and misleading.
Chinasa OThe attendant didn't help me and I read the wrong gauge on the truck and reported the fuel at a much higher level than it was when I picked it up. I took a picture for my records. And then I realized my mistake. I brought it back at the actual fuel amount I got it at and told the guy on the phone what had happened. He said it was okay and they will verify it with their records. But I still got charged $100 in fuel because I made a mistake when filling out the form.
Lisa DTried calling the help number on the door. No answer. Not sure why a closed down business is any good for a drop off location. I had to call our pick up location to make sure I was doing what I needed to do. Again, thank you Saturn!
