The app was not working properly & it took me an extra 45 minutes to get through the rental process as a result. We were then double charged for the rental, with the initial deposit being held days longer than the second charge for the actual rental. Will be avoiding U-Haul in the future.

To start with the truck was filthy. All the windows and the windshield was full of dirt from the previous trip. The inside of truck was full of debris possibly drywall material which i had to clean with broom and then mop it down before I could load my stuff. After my trip i cleaned the inside with broom. I do have the pictures and video of it i took before and after my trip as a proof. Surprisingly I GOT CHARGED $25 for not cleaning the truck which in fact I CLEANED TWICE, and it’s a ripoff. I would really appreciate if i get a refund for my money.
Kawardeep SI only wish they could repay the cost of the additional fuel left in the tank compared to how it was found on the credit card that was used. It is my girlfriends father and he was so kind to help us pay for the rent. Lastly though the truck desperately needs to have its fuel tank fixed. It was a nightmare filling up each time and was painfully slow because the pump would never fuel consistently and stop every few seconds making fuelling a real pain in the ass. I just wish that issue with the truck was resolved before we got it
