I rented a uhaul and I am so upset about the situation. During the rental, we had mechanical problems with the truck which caused an accident at an gas pump to the gas ststion's property but not to the truck. The truck kept skipping and jerking...ended up getting stuck (the tire) between a pole at a gas station. I reported mechanical issue prior. Plus there was a lock on the truck and the lock was stuck from unlocking, which delayed my move-out time in my former home, causing another fee/penalty for me. This is a major issue. None of this was my fault and the truck not only put us in a dangerous situation but the fact that additional fees incurred. We made a police report regarding this matter. I was told to call manager but he never returned my call, even in an emergency situation like this. Uhaul seemed not to care.

I cannot remember the name of the woman who helped us, but she made the whole experience pleasant.
Karla EThe truck’s brakes barely worked where I was scared to drive it and couldn’t go over 40 mph. We ordered a half dozen blankets and got 5. Where you park the truck you have to do a turn in a rounded parking area to the side back of the building but people were parked there so it made it very hard to turn around. The overall experience was scary and much harder than any previous times since rented a truck.
