My online experience was terrible! My reservation was changed to a different location for pick up 45 mins away. Scheduled for a 9:30 am pick up but the location doesn’t open until 10:30am, and I was never notified I had 24/7 access to the truck for pick up. Then the paperwork was screwed up and was going to charge me double was I was quoted on online reservation.

Heather hBill was great! Excellent customer service!
Timothy SThe return location in ROSEBURG was awesome but the dealer wher we picked up was useless. No contract was given to us, and he never requested the lock on the back. He was impossible to get a hold of and he saw the gas level before we lef, it was just over a qtr tank and when I returned it they said it was supposed to be a half tank . The truck also had shifting and tachometer problems that caused excesssive gas use. I need another 26’ truck in July Huntington Beach to Grants Pass but not sure if U-Haul will be the best choice.
