ritchie mSteve was great. The fact that he couldn’t get into the system and I had to come back 2 hours later because he couldn’t access anything was very disappointing. Then he couldn’t take payment because the system was not working again. So I was not comfortable leaving a picture of my credit card just so I could leave with my rental truck. Not the first time there was computer issues either. Please do better.
