Only to have the smaller handtruck availale. The furniture dolly was too awkward for stacking boxes. But overall, everything was smooth, convenient, and friendly service!

Only issue i would say is not having the phone number on your summary or any of the paperwork you send out it was a challenge to get the number and it going to an answering service But other then that they were awesome.
John MThis was not the location that I originally reserved but U-Haul changed it the day before the rental. It was way out of my way.
Stephen BRented a van that was nearly new. Had no problems whatsoever and Tony was easy to work with. No need to improve anything here.
