I just feel I had to do all the work renting this truck, making the reservations on the computer, checking it out then checking it back in, then taking 6 or 7 pictures the truck, dealing with the lock box and combinations to the lock box, and on top of that had question for the pickup and called the location 3-4 times with not one returned phone call ? And then I get charges full price ? And then you want feedback ?????? Hope I don’t get fired, oh wait your not paying me !

How U-Haul Reviews WorkOnly to have the smaller handtruck availale. The furniture dolly was too awkward for stacking boxes. But overall, everything was smooth, convenient, and friendly service!
Diana FOnly issue i would say is not having the phone number on your summary or any of the paperwork you send out it was a challenge to get the number and it going to an answering service But other then that they were awesome.
