The staff was friendly and had the truck already pulled up
MATTHEW ETheir hours said open until 1 pm but were closed at 12:15. There was one employee leaving as I arrived so instead of getting an early drop off credit they marked my return for Sunday. I also cleaned the truck and swept it but was charged a cleaning fee. I also got no credit for leaving the truck with more gas than what I received it with
Dustin BI couldn't get the phone check in to work, so asked the attendant to help me. He was pleasant and helpful, but, unfortunately, new and untrained in UHAUL checkin. He was able to get help, but the process took over 30 minutes. I'm sure he'll know the process for next time for the next customer.
