This location wasn't my first choice. I chose a different location so I could pick up the trailer the day before. I needed to be at my mechanic in Las Cruces when he opened the next day. The first location went out of town unexpectedly and closed. 1 800 UHAUL was supposed to contact me and make alternate arrangements. They didn't. I couldn't get another trailer until the next morning. This inconvenience put me an hour and a half behind. When I arrived my mechanic didn't have enough time to complete the repairs so I ended up making the trip for nothing.
