Location was closed when we arrived on schedule, though it was only 2PM and it was supposed to be open through 3PM. Location put us on 24/7 list without telling us, which caused errors in the self-checking because of the trailer we’d chosen to tow behind us per received offer. One hour later, customer support had us on-track, and they compensated us for the inconvenience. But I would not recommend our pickup location.
Chris PCharity, the representative, was AWESOME. So kind and helpful. If I ever need U-Haul again, I will use her. She is in Albany Ga, had great customer service skills, and anticipated my needs - proactively. Highly recommend her.
Walter wService is great and prices are affordable .
Alexander MCharity was an excellent help with helping me secure storage needs out of town.
