Location was closed when we arrived on schedule, though it was only 2PM and it was supposed to be open through 3PM. Location put us on 24/7 list without telling us, which caused errors in the self-checking because of the trailer we’d chosen to tow behind us per received offer. One hour later, customer support had us on-track, and they compensated us for the inconvenience. But I would not recommend our pickup location.
