Derrick A | Overall ExperienceI’ve rented several storage units over the years, but this facility stands out. The units are clean, secure, and easy to access, everything was exactly as advertised. Sherri went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and answered all of my questions with professionalism and kindness. The move-in process was smooth, the property was well-lit and safe, and the pricing was very reasonable for the value provided. I especially appreciated the extra security measures and how well-maintained the grounds are. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a worry-free storage solution. I wouldn’t store my things anywhere else.
Mark W | ReservationMy stuff was messed up because of a water leak on my clothes and TV and the ceiling fell on my clothes and TV. I moved out half the month and I was supposed to be reimbursed half the money, but they said to call two days before I moved out they already took the money out my account before I can call. Will not recommend, they don’t do good business, and keep there promise and my belongings was not safe.
