The vehicle had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Was disgusting
DOUGLAS JThey were extremely nice. I had entered the wrong pick up date online but instead of being annoyed, he just said that he had a truck available and it was no problem to switch the day. I rented one from them prior to this and he was just as friendly that day too.
