When we pulled the truck onto the lot the employee immediately started yelling at us that we were not parking in the correct spot. I told him that we needed to know where to park and that we had not planned on leaving the truck in that location on the lot. He continued to yell at us that we don't know what we are doing and pointed to where we need to park. Once we parked, we told the employee that all equipment was in the back of the truck including the blankets. He started yelling at us for not folding the blankets and that he was going to charge us $25 per blanket. I said we could go fold them, but we were told to not fold them. He continued to yell at us, so I told him that he needed to stop yelling at us. He would not stop yelling and said things like "we don't know what we are doing. You are being ridiculous." I am sorry, after a long day of moving, the last thing I want to have to deal with is an employee yelling at me. Additionally, we were trying to do the right thing, but he started yelling at us at initial contact. He was terrible at customer service. I have used this location previously and have always had a good experience. The employees were helpful and pleasant to work with. This employee was terrible at customer service, rude and aggressive. He should not be in customer.

Only comment I could add about things being improved is that the middle console of the truck I received was not clean and rather sticky. Everything else was great.
