I made online reservations.the day before I get a call from Sarah saying that because students are moving out I cannot pickup my truck at 7am I need to wait until 9:00. It was 100 deg that day so I wanted an early start. The guy at the counter was sympathetic and friendly and quickly got me on my way.
Howard KThere was a slight error charging me for more mileage, but it was an easy fix. I don't know how the company could speed up the check in process, but checking in was tedious.
Mike HSome people may not understand all the instructions. Be careful to be very clear for inexperienced people.
