Employee did not look at my contract, charged me for fuel that I was not required to provide, did not conduct a walk around of the vehicle or trailer with me, did not answer phone during business hours, location was locked with no employees present during business hours.
COLIN JThere was trash everywhere. It had a strong uran/sewage smell. Overall, it was very dirty. However, they were very helpful with the drop off.
HEATH YThis drop off location was pretty sketchy. An empty gas station lot with a drop box. No one answering phone to confirm drop.
Amy GI would like a full refund you over charged me by 150$ and the truck was not well maintained nor the trailer we are lucky we made it to az. Never will I ever recommend U-Haul again
