Customer Reviews

This location seems to be a last chance locations for the weekends and to primarily serve the military base it is next to. The vehicle was dirty and the fact that the gas station owner was inattentive in any way to explain the policies or even answer the phone when I called to try and get a later turn in time was horrible.

$219.57 was taken out of my account when my rental total was $190.93, thats my only complaint with Uhaul.

The van had a bad offer smell, the back had dirt. I had sweep it. The usual representative duany incident we had to pay for gas on top of the mileage fee. Upon return the store was closed, the key box was broken so we could just leave the truck there. Overall we ended up paying more for a 2 hour trip. When I contact customer service on the issues I was told I would get a call back with a refund of some sort which I haven't received any call back.

I reserved the truck and dollies online and when I went to pick it up they didn't have the right truck and no dollie. I'll never go to that location again.

I was sent to this location from the Eubanks store who was incredibly rude and made me feel like a total idiot. They belittled me into sounding like it I did something wrong and blamed all issues on the poor gentleman who ran the Wyoming location. I was embarrassed because I had family with me and I received no apology for my inconvenience and spent way more money than I wanted to. The person who runs the Wyoming location should be running the Eubank location and the guys from the eubank location shouldn’t even work for you.

The gas tank was empty, and truck was filthy and the trucks check engine light was on the whole time. Went over the mileage I quesstimated because I didn’t anticipate having to go get gas, and the trip from the rental place, so I paid more than I thought I was gonna have to pay.

Very upset that I had to return the vechile after realizing it had the wrong size tow ball. I was instructed to return it and upgrade to a larger truck. I was charged $60 for the 8 mile round trip and 20 minutes. I then rented the larger truck. I was not happy about the Charge.

I scheduled the p/u of the truck for 2:30 PM. No one was at the store to process the rental. The gentleman did not arrive until 3:00. He said he had an emergency and could not be there. This is unacceptable when a reservation has already been made. Other employee's need to be trained when things like this occur. Also, they charged the card on file, when cash was paid so we had to wait 3-5 business days for the money to be refunded.

Truck was not cleaned inside the box or cab, Front windshield was dirty from road travel and had a cracked windshield.

My p/u location was changed the day before my rental was scheduled. I had made a reservation - so what was the point of that? This change required 3 additional hours of driving for me and I still paid full price. At the new p/u location, there was a guy who doesn’t speak very good English so there was a communication problem and he was also trying to run the gas station on top of doing rentals.

The lady was very nice but the location was scary (gas station). The vehicle itself was ok. I had an issue with the key starting the engine. It would stick often. And the headlights pointed almost straight up. Hard to see at night.

The lady inside the chevron was rude to my daughter, but was very nice to me. Makes me think she has a problem with young adults. My daughter is 29. Hmmmm
