Requested and paid for moving pads; was told we don’t have that many at this location. There are six, maybe eight in a bag. The charge will be five dollars. Picked up the truck at 9 AM. Had movers arriving at 9:30 AM no opportunity to purchase or locate any additional moving pads. Truck cab had cigarette butts on the floor amongst other things. Check out my rental history. This location was very atypical. Recent SNOW. Not even a Snowbrush.

EMILIO MI had a problem with the rental - I rented a 15' truck with a lift online and when I got to the location, they do not have a 15' truck with a left ever. Disappointing but not the fault of the location as far as I can tell.
