There was nowhere to park and the 75 year old lady working there was a mess and angry. She was not suited to handle receiving trucks. The parking lot only had room for four cars, which includes the trucks. Of which there were three at the time. Simply put, a hot mess.
Mark P.24/7 pickup didn't work. Took 45 to get the vehicle and website wasn't working. Price was a lot more then expected as well

James W.The mobile check in was lengthy. It should be done prior to arriving in the parking lot. Wireless services was sketchy at this location for T-mobile and I almost had to leave due to this poor service. If I had uploaded all the requirements prior to arriving this would have made the process a better experience. After mobile check in was completed everything was fine. I would do it again.
