The on boarding was a bit mess. The app showed a location in hwy 9 and they said no available suggesting for another location in main st where they had smaller truck. Eventually the phone rep helped to get one for me. After that things went smooth.

Nandy OMy reservation was changed 3 times …. I had to hop between 2 locations for pickup …. First location didn’t had truck even after chekin , then moved to other location which was closed with no clue on truck details …. Had to call customer service 3 times for all the mess up . Was very unpleasant experience , which no one would want while moving .
