Great place to rent a Uhaul. They were very helpful on the hook up. There should be more dealers like these.
Ko KAWFUL Booked the day before- arrived the next morning at their posted opening time- NO ONE was there, the place was locked, and they weren’t answering their phone. Myself and another customer (dropping off) waited 30 minutes before someone arrived. He then proceeded to cuss at both of us and tell me I didn’t have a reservation. I showed him I clearly did from my email and he then blamed U-Haul. He made me redo my paperwork out of spite- it took over an hour to leave with the trailer. This affiliate should be shut down by corporate. Also- U-Haul customer service by phone is a joke- all AI unless you wait 90+ minutes - zero help when I needed it.
