This was my second time returning a trailer to the belton SC area. Both times when dropping off the trailer no one was at the site.
Michael S.This was the nastiest place I've ever been in my life. There were cats inside and outside of the building. The place smelled like cat pee. We rented the biggest trailer (6x12?) and the lady working didn't have any tools for us to use to unload it (trailer dolly, chock blocks, like none of the things that we had in Spartanburg) and we had to pick the trailer up by hand to unhook it from the truck. I have no idea how the next person can hook up to this trailer because it's in the grass. I don't know if U-HAUL does inspections, but this place needs one. 1/10 stars.
