Remote pickup and drop off through the ap was very glitchy.The ap reset itself requiring that I start over multiple times. I had to call customer service representatives to complete. Better with drop off with only one reset on the ap. Overall remote check in is great minus system glitch.

I started to find a reservation for truck on March 1st. My location is between 2 towns that have a U-Haul rental locations, Napa & Angwin CA. I'm in the middle in St Helena, CA. Either way I would be adding on an extra 40-50 miles from either lot. I thought Angwin would be closer & could park my car @ a friends house there. I was told for 2 weeks, that they only rented trucks for "1-way" in Angwin, so I reserved a truck @ Imola in Napa. Lori in Napa, had tried the week earlier to cancel the Angwin truck. My trip was to Rocklin CA (Sacramento) & back to Napa Valley. On Sunday the 15th, 2 days before my move, I had a message that my reservation was still on in Angwin. I was planning to pick up my truck on Tuesday 17th in Napa. Confused mess, I will definitely use the Imola Napa location next time when I move everything to Rocklin later. There is one woman @ the Howell Mt store, that answers the U-Haul line. She was the one that gave me all the bad wrong information unto my 17th rental. She should not be there, she has no patience, rude in talk & really gave a hard time. I'm 73 now, I don't need unprofessional people during these trips. I do praise Collin who works @ the U-Haul desk, he helped to unscramble the reservation mess & got me through the move.
