Problem with the UHaul software wants to charge for 20,000 miles..... personnel called U-Haul customer service and had the issue resolved, but said they have had the same problem before

Michael F.The person I checked in with did not seem familiar with the process (Viviana?) and I later found out she “accidentally†charged an extra $40 after I left the facility (I prepaid everything and filled out all of the forms before hand to save everyone the hassle). This morning I called the facility to see what happened with the unauthorized charge to my card and they said someone would call me back in a few minutes. No one called so I had to file a claim through U-Haul. The only reason I'm not giving this facility a 1-star review is because Joy was super helpful with getting my trailer hooked up and inspected.
