VIDA DThe appliance dolly and moving pads were not in the truck as ordered. I had to pay my crew while I drove to source these items at a more reputable company as Uhaul was no help at all. On top of that I had to pay extra mileage on the truck to drive to the other company to get these items. I spoke with a representative at Uhaul and all the said they would do is refund the rental of said items, which they did not do as well. I will never use Uhaul again. Very disappointed.
