I got overcharged for my mileage 3 times what I actually used! I mapped out my troop before I rented the van and it was a total of 18 miles, I was charged for 52 miles! This needs to be corrected immediately
JAMES DI requested to have appliance dollys in the truck to help move and they were not put in. I picked the truck up on Sunday and they were closed so I couldn’t even talk to someone to get them. The heat/air barely worked in the truck which made the windshield fog up and we had to keep wiping the windshield to see to drive and have the windows down a bit to help. It was raining and cold the day we were moving so this was not ideal to have the windows down to try to help defog the windshield.
