These people charged me the exact amount they stole from me. It’s no way that I owed them $107 but you mysteriously held $108 on my car. Thieves!

HOWARD BNeed to make sure trucks are clean. Windows were dirty and hard to see out of. Seat was ripped. Cup holders dirty.
Pamela HI will never rent from an authorized U-Haul dealer again. Mileage rate was higher than expected and the worker added the SafeMove insurance without our permission and I had to contact customer service to get it removed correctly. Also tried to charge for 3Gal of gas when we returned it where it was when rented, on 1/2, this also had to be refunded as well. I will still to actual U-Haul locations in the future when I need to rent a truck again.
