Y’all are entirely too expensive per mileage and it doesn’t make sense to charge us more than what we actually paid for fuel out of our own dime. The fuel economy is not even suffering anymore. Y’all are pitiful!

We did not receive any of the additional moving materials we paid for, including a dolley, moving blankets. We probably reserved a 19’ vehicle and we were cornered into driving a 26’ causing significant damage to our belongings due to a singicnat increase in dead space. Our dresser was damaged, our entertainment center, desk chairs, and many of our fragile belongings. The drop off location is actually in front of what appears plasma donation center which is high traffic and frequented ne’er-do-well’s. Abysmal drop off experience. The app crashed during the check out and self completed.
