SHANA ZWe were called and asked if we could return the truck a day early if we were done and to a different location since they were in need of the truck and car trailer we had. We hurried with the unloading to accommodate them and returned the truck that afternoon. I called to ask if they could give a small credit back for being accommodating, but was told no. Fine, but next time I guess we'll just keep it the extra day and take our time unloading.
Jason OOffice access is poorly signed. Staff only showed up at our pick up time. Final details performed outside in the heat.
